The Heart Chakra, or Anāhata in Sanskrit, being halway point between the lower three physical chakras and upper three spiritual chakras holds our connection to both the physical and the spiritual aspects of ourselves. When in harmony we feel connected to ourselves, experience joy easily, give and receive love genuinely, and develop compassion for self and others.
