The Sacral Chakra, or Svādhiṣṭhāna in Sanskrit, is the center of our feelings and sensations. Located above the pubic bone and below the navel, the chakra boosts creativity, and enables us to shape our desires. When in balance, it leads to feelings of pleasure, joy, and abundance.
