RETURNS POLICY

Items purchased from the Maison de Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned unless they were damaged during transit or defective.

Send an email to support@maisondecrystal.com the same day the item is received and provide us with your order number and photos of the broken item and packaging to get an investigation started with the courier service. In the event you fail to provide this information within 24 hours of receiving your items, you forfeit your right to a refund.

We will process your refund within 7 working days if upon investigation we find the courier to be responsible for the damage. A replacement item will not be provided.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse any returns in case we find the packaging, or the item has been tampered with.

All refunds will be made to the original payment method (for example, a payment made online by credit card will be credited back to the same credit card and not via cash or bank transfer).
