- Maison de Crystals ships only in United Arab Emirates.
- Shipments will be delivered within 2-3 working days for most of the areas.
- We offer Free Delivery on all orders within UAE.
- We aim to deliver within these times; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates since shipments are handled by third parties.
- Once the Order is placed, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
- In the event there is no one available at the designated delivery address who can accept the products, or if the recipient fails to answer the phone number provided, the carrier may return the products to us.
- A few areas in the UAE are not covered by delivery. We will try our best to arrange a special courier for you; otherwise, we will refund your purchase.
